1. Acceptance Of Terms
Welcome to DamnedLandMU. DamnedLandMU ("we," "us," or "our") provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us in our sole discretion from time to time without notice to you. You agree that your continued use of the Service (as defined below) after such update will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the updated TOS.
In addition, when using particular DamnedLandMU services, you and DamnedLandMU shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.
DamnedLandMU may also offer other services from time to time that are governed by different Terms of Services. These TOS do not apply to such other services.
By creating an account, downloading the game client, or accessing our servers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of the Service being made available to you, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or DamnedLandMU has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, DamnedLandMU has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) without any liability to you.
DamnedLandMU is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must provide proper guidance. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content are appropriate for your child.
4. Refund Policy
Virtual Products and Donations:
All items, WCoins, VIP packages, and other virtual products sold on the DamnedLandMU website are labeled as Virtual Products and are considered digital goods.
No Refunds Policy:
- We do not issue refunds for virtual products once the order is submitted
- All donations and purchases are final and non-refundable
- By purchasing any product from our website, you agree that, because of the nature of the products sold (which are virtual), there are no refunds under any circumstance
Chargebacks and Disputes:
- If you submit any payment, you agree that you will not dispute, ask for a partial refund, or a full refund
- Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension
- If you do not agree to the above, please do not submit any payment

5. Member Account, Password And Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
Prohibited Actions:
- You are prohibited from selling or buying other players' accounts
- You are prohibited from selling or buying any resources under the account (characters, items, currency, etc.) via any means not provided by DamnedLandMU
- Account trading or selling is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination
Account Security: You agree to: (a) immediately notify DamnedLandMU of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
Liability: DamnedLandMU cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
6. Member Conduct
You understand and acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted via the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.
Responsibility for Content: This means that you, and not DamnedLandMU, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit via the Service.
Limitation of Liability: DamnedLandMU cannot and does not control or monitor the Content posted via the Service and, as such, cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
Content Exposure: You understand and acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will DamnedLandMU be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to:
- Any exposure to offensive, indecent or objectionable Content
- Any errors or omissions in any Content
- Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service
Prohibited Content: You agree not to transmit or share:
- Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Spam or unsolicited advertisements
7. Webzen
NO ONE FROM WEBZEN, ASSOCIATED WITH WEBZEN OR ANY SUCH AFFILIATED COMPANY OR ANYONE DIRECTED BY WEBZEN OR ITS RELATED COMPANIES IS PERMITTED TO ENTER THE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVERS AND VIEW ANY CONTENT CONTAINED WITHIN AT ANY TIME WHATSOEVER DUE TO CONTROVERSIAL REASONS.
This restriction applies to all DamnedLandMU services, including but not limited to:
- Game servers
- Website and forums
- Discord community
- Any related services
8. Marks
All trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site or Services are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third party which may own the Marks.
DamnedLandMU Marks include:
- Server name and logo
- Custom graphics and designs
- Any proprietary branding

DamnedLandMU is a private server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Webzen Inc. or any of its affiliates. All in-game content is used for entertainment purposes only.
11. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the DamnedLandMU website, forums, and game servers is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
12. Final Provisions
Governing Law: The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Romania, without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and DamnedLandMU regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
Updates: DamnedLandMU reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
